Ultimate IT Solution Ltd is a custom software development and web design company based in chittagong, Bangladesh.Though we basically build customized software and corporate websites for various business sectors, we also provide security device solution, digital marketing service as well as corporate IT consultency.

WHO WE ARE

We were started our journey in 2012 by some young energetic IT professionals who are still managing our concern with their high skill and dedication. In our journey of years, we have developed some powerful software applications, lots of corporate website and ecommerce platforms. Nowadays, we have extended our business in digital online marketing, security solution and computer networking and hardware support for corporate business concerns as well as Professional Courses on Web design, Networking, Graphic Design.

Now we are a group of software engineers, project managers, system analysts web designer, hardware and support engineers and other inventive folk managed by a team of three equity partners. Our whole team is dedicatedly working to establish a digitalised Bangladesh through a perfect atomization and proper implementation of new technologies.

Our Process

Our process is all about seamless customer service and meet client satisfaction level. The process actually divided into three phases. first one is "before developement phase" in which after getting a query our sales team meet you in person, know your requirement properly, suggest you if any thing required more and turns proposals around in less than a week. The second phase is "During Development phase". From the begining of this phase a project manager being involved through out whole process, manage all the steps like requirement analysis, case study, system design, development, testing and implementation with the direct involvement of clients to fullfill their unique needs. The third and final phase is "After Implementation Phase" which is vital for the projects practical outcome. Here we assign one of our vetern support personnel who basically conduct the training session and work for the adjustment between newly automated system and human operators. In this way our process helps ensure that the right people care about the right things at the right time through the course of each project.
